Bulk Edit Templates

Bulk Edit (and Actions) include templates that are specifically designed and formatted to allow users to update data to NetSuite based on information either downloaded from NetSuite or inferred according to input parameters.

The Bulk Edit templates include...

  • Budget Template: Used to download, review, and update budgets from and to NetSuite.
  • Journal Entry Template: Lets you post Journal Entries from Excel directly into NetSuite as transactions. It also supports downloading and updating of existing entries.
  • Intercompany Journal Entry Template: Used to post Advanced Intercompany Journal Entries that track transactions across subsidiaries. It also supports downloading and updated of existing entries.

Selecting any of these options will result in a new Excel Sheet being added to the existing workbook with a list of required parameters at the top similar to the Standard Report Templates. For more information on each template, refer to the links on each template type.
